Ghent tech company Minggo doubles team and expands into HR market

GHENT, 22 October 2026 – We are taking a significant step in our growth: Minggo, part of the Partena Professional Group, is officially entering the HR market. In just one year, we have doubled our team and evolved from a no-code platform for recruitment agencies into an HR & Recruitment Automation Platform. Our goal is to act as the flexible connective layer within the fragmented HR software landscape. At the same time, we are introducing AI-driven page and process building.

A single connective layer between fragmented HR systems

HR departments currently work with a variety of software packages, which often leads to wasted time and error-prone manual data entry. With Minggo Integrations, we connect various tools, such as software from Partena Professional, Easypay, Workday, Exact, and Bullhorn. Your existing software continues to do what it does best, while Minggo ensures that data and processes flow automatically between those systems.

From recruitment niche to the broader HR market

Since our founding in 2020, we focused exclusively on recruitment agencies. In 2025, we became part of the Partena Professional Group, allowing us to shift into a higher gear. From now on, HR teams can also connect their payroll, HR, and planning tools using standard integrations.

You remain in control throughout. You decide when data is transferred—for example, at set times, upon a status change, or at the touch of a button. You can automatically request missing information or documents via smart forms.
