Recruitment Innovation Sessions 2023
Every quarter, Minggo brings together innovators and decision-makers from the recruitment industry for a Recruitment Innovation Session. An afternoon of brainstorming, sharing knowledge, and inspiring each other around recruitment innovation and digitalization with the top staffing agencies of the Netherlands and Belgium.
Innovation collective
Each session covers new topics, depending on the organizations at the table — always centered on innovation and digitalization within the recruitment industry.
Inspiring and being inspired
A session always takes place in a small group: 5 to 10 staffing and recruitment organizations of comparable company size.

Innovators and decision-makers from, among others, SD Worx, Randstad, Timing, Hero Interim Professionals, Building Heroes, Synergie, Talentus, Select Group, ITZU, Asap, Let's Work, USG Professionals, AGO and House of Talents took part in 2022.
